ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Blink Charging is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join Blink’s North American operations team. The Project Manager will lead large scale EV charging deployments and ensure they are delivered successfully to completion on-time and under budget.
The ideal candidate will have a project management background and have an exceptional ability to coordinate both internal teams and external partners to deliver project objectives. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing large scale projects through all phases of the program life cycle including support for site acquisition, project design, procurement, construction, and operational start. In addition, the Project Manager will lead status review briefings to both program customers and Blink senior management.

- Manage large scale EV charging deployments from site acquisition, to project design, to construction and installation to operational start
- Manage overall program performance including meeting program schedule milestones, budget targets and deliverable requirements
- Manage all key internal Blink teams and external partners across all major aspects of the program including sales, engineering, product production, construction, installation, and operations
- Manage the customer relationship throughout the project life cycle from start to successful completion
- Develop and generate project status reports and briefings to advise senior leadership on program progress
- Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned
- Review Design proposals in advance of sending to customer and supply time and cost estimate to the Sales Team for quoting purposes.
- Communicate with customer and facilities staff at installation site for installation date and times, coordination with other departments.
- Work with Accounting department to ensure proper documentation is submitted for payment applications.
- Monitor SalesForce.com CRM, emails, and phone messages throughout workday and respond in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- EV Industry Experience is a plus
- 5 or more years of project management experience that includes managing large scale construction projects
- Experience managing both internal teams and external partners through a multi-phased project life cycle & proven track record in successfully delivering projects on time and under budget
- Readiness to work in a high growth dynamic environment
- Demonstrated capability to excel within a team in a collaborative environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to achieve scheduled deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working Conditions:
- This position is onsite with the potential to travel when required.
- Location: Bowie MD
- Travel: Potential for 10% of work time
