Job Overview:
 
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our HR team in the USA. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will be an operational yet strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with business goals while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. 
 
Supervisory Responsibilities:
 
·       Employee Relations & Engagement:

  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work   environment.
  •  Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and job satisfaction.
  •  Organize and implement employee recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
·       Performance Management:

  • Lead the annual performance review process, including goal-setting, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on addressing performance issues and developing employees.
  • Create and implement development plans for high-potential employees and succession planning.
·       Compliance & HR Policies:

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including FMLA, ADA, EEO, and OSHA regulations.
  • Maintain and update the company’s employee handbook, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage HR audits, investigations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
·       Learning & Development:

  • Design and implement training programs focused on leadership development, diversity and inclusion, compliance, and other relevant topics.
  • Identify employee learning needs and create development plans to close skill gaps.
·       Team Leadership & Management:

  • Responsible for the HR budget, including recruiting costs, training, and employee program etc. 
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team in the USA, fostering collaboration and teamwork to achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and support to the HR team to ensure efficient HR operations. 
  • Foster collaboration and communication within the team to streamline HR processes across departments.  
       Required Skills/Abilities:

  •  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Leverage strong analytical abilities to assess HR metrics and data, identify trends, and make informed decisions that drive improvements in employee engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., Workday, HRIS, ATS).

     Minimum Qualifications:

·       Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • HR certification SHRM-CP is highly desirable.
·       Experience:

  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Workday HCM experience is a must
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Visa processing knowledge is a plus.

  • This is a hybrid role, where presence is the office is required.

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
